Introduction

MI4C activities are twofold and can be summarised in two product groups: CTArchitect and Askia. Both solutions are backed by additional services such as consultancy and support. These product groups are briefly explained below:



CTArchitect is the MI4C brand name for our in-house built IT/Telephony and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) solutions, designed to increase overall performance and efficiency in contact centres. We can offer anything related to inbound and outbound call traffic, and are - amongst others - specialised in progressive and predictive dialling, IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and Text-To-Speech, advanced skill-based routing, ISDN and VoIP integration, blended calling, advanced monitoring techniques such as remote listen-in, see-in and recording, and so on. Moreover, we have developed special technology for offshoring and homeshoring cases to work in both VOIP ànd ISDN infrastructures.

Our platform can be implemented on top of classic PBX setups (Avaya, Cisco, Panasonic, ...) or can be built up from scratch as a standalone solution. Thus, CTArchitect can act both as a telephony server and middleware at once. Next to that, our flexible solution can also easily be linked with your own agent software applications by means of VBScript or ActiveX(OCX) controls.

Next to that, we have specialised ourselves in integrating our telephony solutions with the Askia product suite. Askia, originally founded in Paris, is a worldwide supplier of software solutions for the market research sector. MI4C is exclusive Benelux supplier of the Askia product range.

Askia software for surveys allows market research specialists to control every step in the market research process: questionnaire design, fieldwork via CATI, CAPI, CAWI or even mixed mode, data analysis (both online and offline), multiple wave analysis, and so on. Despite the fact that Askia started out in an underdog position, it can now call the world's key players in the market research sector as it's clients.
