15/07/2010: First Askia user conference was a success

On the 10th of June, the first Askia user conference was held at the Tapis Rouge venue in Paris. Askia customers from all over the world gathered to share business cases, best practices, and askia experiences: over 100 registered delegates representing more than 45 market research companies from 12 countries & 12 speakers were present. If you missed the event, do not panic: the entire conference was recorded, and can now be found online.

20/06/2010: New functionality for Askia and CTArchitect

Both Askia (survey software) and CTArchitect (contact center platform) solutions are currently receiving important upgrades:

- CTArchitect has been improved for call-out IVR functionality: it is now easier to create outbound campaigns with virtual agents. Integration with Askia call-out IVR survey campaigns has been improved as well.

- Drag-and-drop of FLASH-files is now possible within askiaweb surveys, thus making it much easier to integrate flash technology into your questionnaires.

03/09/2009: Text-to-speech

A new feature is added to our CTArchitect contact center telephony platform: from now on, our CTDesign IVR module can be enhanced with text-to-speech functionality. In this way, multiple simultaneous inbound contacts can now be handled even more efficiently thanks to a combination of easy IVR programming, flexible database connections, text-to-speech technology and skill-based routing.
