Outbound campaign management

CTArchitect is an easy and flexible outbound dialer which can be adapted perfectly to your outbound campaigns. Preview-, progressive- and predictive dialing are all supported. Combined with automated call back rules and detection of wrong numbers and voicemail, productivity improves significantly and profits will increase on all outbound campaigns. Special predictive dialling algorithms are developed for longer and more complex outbound campaigns, such as extensive market research projects: next to the traditional group-based predictive dialling triggers, our unique agent-based predictive dialling algorithm handles calculations on a per agent basis, including automated triggers from within the script/survey environment. This allows market research agencies to use a more precise predictive dialling when handling complex and long conversations.

In cooperation with 3rd party software packages such as Askia, several other features become available. This could be the broadcast of an audio file, which can then be heard by both the agent as well as the contact. Or even a complete call out project where the agent screens the contact on the phone, and once this screening is positive, the contact is transferred to an IVR flow. In this self service application, audio spots can be rated and anonymous data can be collected, all without any human intervention.
