MI4C is a solution provider in the area of value-added telecom solutions and software for the contact centre and market research industry. Being created at the beginning of the new millennium as a result of a managament buy-out from a larger group, our experience goes back until the beginning of the '90s. Our main activities are focused on the co-engineering and realization of added value for specific cases in the aforementioned market segments.Since the start of our company, all our teams are expanding continuously, thus ensuring better and continued development, technical support and sales assistance. These three pillars (consistent development, excellent technical support, honest commercial culture) are the cornerstone of our company filosophy and serve as the foundation for excellent long-lasting relationships with every customer. This is why we believe that our international growth in customer numbers - established mainly via word-of-mouth advertising rather than expensive marketing efforts - is the result of proven quality, reliability and after-sales service.
We are operating from our headquarters based in Merelbeke (nearby Gent). Since the start-up (and even before that), we have established a very close relationship with Askia, thus being the exclusive Benelux supplier of the Askia Survey Software Suite. Askia, combined with CTArchitect, our all-in-one telephony solution, has already proven to be one of the strongest solutions available on the market.
In the near future, we would love to expand our (international) business even more, simply by doing the same things as we did from day one: build innovative applications and solutions, provide excellent afer-sales support and service, and maintain valuable relationships with our clients and business partners.
